Join other parents and take charge of your child’s instruction.  Scripture tells “you” to teach your sons.  It doesn’t say to leave this to the school or the youth group. 

 

You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.  Deuteronomy 6:7

 

The Kilns of Herndon is a K-12 school with classes meeting 9-3, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on our campus.  The school offers experienced, Christian teachers.  Parents play an integral role teaching and supervising work off campus on Mondays and Fridays following our set curriculum.

 

We are a school, not a co-op.  Students attend school but complete work and receive instruction Mondays and Fridays at satellite locations, usually their homes

 

The Kilns offers parents the benefit of professional teachers as well as time personally interacting with their children. 

 

Students begin Tuesdays with worship.  Parents are welcome to join chapel or to sit through a class.
